摘　　要：目的探索夜班作业对女性护士月经情况及生殖健康的影响。方法选取3家三甲医院的育龄期已婚女性护士613名,对其进行问卷调查,评估夜班工作对月经的影响,分析影响不孕及不良妊娠结局的相关因素。结果夜班频率增加是护士月经周期轻度改变(4~7天)的独立影响因素(P=0.001),也是夜班后痛经加重的危险因素(P=0.002)。值夜班后月经不规律者不孕风险明显升高(P=0.003),不孕护士发生不良妊娠结局的风险明显升高(P=0.000)。结论夜班作业会增加护士月经周期改变及痛经程度加重的风险,且会对生殖健康产生负面影响。Objective To explore the effect of night shift work(Nsw)on menses and reproductive health of female nurses.Methods 613 married female nurses of childbearing age were selected from 3 Grade A hospitals.A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the effect of night shift work on menses and analyze the related factors affecting infertility and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Results The increased frequency of NSW was a risk factor for mild changes on menstrual cycle(4~7 days)(P=0.001),and worsening dysmenorrhea(P=0.002).The risk of infertility among nurses with irregular menstruation after NSW was significantly increased(P=0.003),and the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes among infertile nurses was significantly increased(P=0.000).Conclusion Night shift work may increase the risk of menstrual cycle change and dysmenorrhea in nurses,and may have negative effects on reproductive health.
