小柴胡汤加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小柴胡汤加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的疗效。方法:选择2021年1月~2022年12月我院IBS-D患者70例,按照随机数表法分为观察组、对照组各35例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组加用小柴胡汤加减治疗。比较两组疗效、中医症候积分、肠易激综合征病情严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)评分、血清白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、酪酪肽(PYY)水平。结果观察组总有效率(97.14%)高于对照组(74.28%)(P<0.05);治疗1个月后两组中医症候积分、IBS-SSS评分及血清IL-6、IL-8、PYY水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤加减治疗IBS-D能提高疗效,缓解症状,降低血清IL-6、IL-8、PYY水平,抑制机体炎症反应,值得推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xiaobupleuri decoction in the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods 70 patients with IBS-D in our hospital from January 2021 to december 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 35 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with small bupleurum decoction.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score,IBS Severity Scale(IBS-SSS)score,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8 and PYY levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(97.14%)was higher than that of control group(74.28%)(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,TCM syndrome score,IBS-SSS score and serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and PYY in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition or reduction of Xiaobupleurum decoction in the treatment of IBS-D can improve the curative effect,relieve symptoms,reduce the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and PYY,and inhibit the inflammatory response of the body.
