隔振垫在TOD建筑振动及二次辐射噪声控制中的应用研究

摘　　要：双凤桥TOD(transit-oriented development)项目受邻近既有地铁线路运行的振动作用,对建筑物振动及室内二次辐射噪声造成不利影响。通过现场振动实测,得到振源及地表的振动数据,利用实测数据验证“轨道-隧道-土层-建筑物”三维有限元模型。模型预测结果表明,所有楼层的最大Z振级指标均满足标准要求;各楼层室内二次辐射噪声均超过标准限值。针对超标情况,采用一种新的建筑隔振技术--建筑物基底隔振垫层后,所有预测点的振动和二次辐射噪声均满足相关标准限值要求。The ShuangfengqiaoTOD project is affected by the operation ofnearbymetro,whichhas adverse effect on the vibration and indoor secondary noise of buildings.Adopting field test,vibration ofvibration source and surface are obtained,which can be used to validate the 3D finite element of track-tunnel-soil-building system.Prediction results show that maximum vertical vibration levels of all the buildings meet the requirement of relevant code.However,the indoor secondary noises of all the floors exceed the standard.Adopting a new building vibration isolation technologyas building base vibration isolation pad,vibration and indoor secondary radiated noise ofall thefloors can meet the relevant standard.
