摘　　要：针对EPC工程总承包项目的建设过程管控进行了总结与分类,明确了实施过程中的具体要求,分析项目关键节点成本控制,总结了项目管理规范流程,促进项目管理的系统化、科学化和规范化。最后,结合以上各项要求,对系统集成类型项目进行应用分析,给出了具体项目实施过程及清单,确保项目按时按质交付,提高项目综合管控能力。This puper summarizes and lasieis the constution poes control of EPC projects,defines the specifce requirements in the implementation process,analyzes the cost contol of key project nodes,summarizes the standardized process of project management,and promotes the systemaizaion,scientific and standardized project management.Finally,combined with the above requrements,the aplcation analysis of the system integration type project is caried out,and the specific project implementation process list is given to ensure that the project can be delivered on schedule and improve the comprehensive project management and control ability.
