摘 要:目的探讨近10年生命早期肠道菌群领域的研究现状和发展趋势,梳理知识结构,以期为今后的研究提供参考资料。方法检索2012—2022年中国知网、维普、万方和Web of Science数据库中的相关文献,通过CiteSpace软件进行知识图谱的构建和可视化呈现。结果2012—2022年该领域的发文量总体呈上升趋势。关键词分析表明菌群的组成与功能、菌群的发育与演化、菌群与宿主的相互作用,以及婴幼儿食品的研发生产等是现阶段研究的热点方向;16S rRNA基因测序、宏基因组测序以及代谢组学等是现在热门的研究方法。结论该领域研究的重点正逐渐从菌群组成向菌群功能转变;多组学方法的整合逐渐成为新的研究趋势。Objective To explore the current status and development trends of research in the field of early-life gut microbiota over the past decade,organize the knowledge structure,and provide reference materials for future research.Methods Relevant literature from CNKI,VIP,WanFang and Web of Science databases from 2012 to 2022 was retrieved.The CiteSpace software was used for constructing and visualizing the knowledge map.Results The publication volume in this field showed an overall increasing trend from 2012 to 2022.Keyword analysis indicated that the composition and function of gut microbiota,the development and evolution of microbiota,the interaction between microbiota and the host,as well as the research,development and production of infant and young child food,were current research hotspots.The popular research methods included 16S rRNA gene sequencing,metagenomics sequencing,and metabolomics.Conclusion The focus of research in this field is gradually shifting from the composition to the function of gut microbiota,and the integration of multiomics methods has become a new research trend.It is suggested to strengthen the collaboration among researchers and institutions in the future to enhance the credibility and applicability of research in this field.
