摘　　要：目的:探究神经生长因子(NGF)联合甲硝唑在牙髓坏死根管治疗后牙龈肿痛患者中的治疗效果.方法:选取2020年3月至2022年4月本院口腔门诊收治的94例牙髓坏死根管治疗的牙龈肿痛患者为研究对象.按照治疗方式不同将其分为观察组(n=49,NGF联合甲硝唑治疗)和对照组(n=45,甲硝唑治疗).比较两组患者治疗效果.结果:治疗后,观察组患者牙龈沟出血指数和数字记分法(NRS)评分,均低于对照组,白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平,则均低于对照组,并且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:NGF联合甲硝唑治疗牙髓坏死根管治疗后牙龈肿痛患者,可以减少患者的出血、缓解疼痛、降低血清炎性因子,具有较好的临床疗效.Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor(NGF)combined with metronidazole in patients with gingival swelling and pain after endodontic root canal treatment.Methods:Ninety-four patients with gum swelling and pain who received pulp necrosis and root canal treatment in the oral clinic of our hospital from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected in this study.And according to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=49,treated with NGF combined with metronidazole)and control group(n=45,treated with metronidazole).The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the gingival bleeding index and numeric rating scale(NRS)score in observation group were lower than those in control group;The levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αin observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:NGF combined with metronidazole can reduce bleeding,relieve pain and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of patients with gum swelling and pain after root canal treatment of pulp necrosis,and has a good clinical effect.
