摘　　要：目的:探讨基于生物-心理-社会的护理模式干预在晚期胰腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年4月至2023年4月本院收治的88例晚期胰腺癌患者作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=44,常规护理基础上给予基于生物-心理-社会的护理模式干预)和对照组(n=44,仅给予常规护理).两组患者的护理观察期均为30d.比较两组患者癌因性疲乏水平及不良反应发生率.结果:观察组护理后癌因性疲乏自评量表(CRF)各项评分及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于生物-心理-社会的护理模式干预可改善晚期胰腺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏状态,减少不良反应发生率.Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on bio-psycho-social model in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with advanced pancreatic cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected in this study.They were divided into an observation group(n=44)and a control group(n=44)according to the random number table.The observation group received conventional care and bio-psycho-social care model intervention,while the control group received conventional care only.Both groups were observed for 30 days.The cancer-related fatigue levels and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of the cancer-related fatigue self-rating scale(CRF)and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The intervention based on bio-psycho-social nursing model can improve the cancer-related fatigue of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer undergoing chemotherapy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
