摘　　要：扣带回(CC)属于边缘系统,其功能牵涉认知、情感、记忆、学习等.CC结构和功能异常与精神疾病相关.本文简要阐述CC的解剖学特点及其与抑郁症、焦虑症、神经性厌食症的关系,以期加深对精神疾病发生、发展的神经解剖基础的了解,为精神疾病外科治疗提供依据.Cingulate cortex(CC)is important in limbic system,and its functions involve cognition,emotion,memory,learning etc.The structural and functional abnormalities of CC are closely related to mental illness.This review briefly describes the characteristics of CC and its relationship with depression,anxiety and anorexia nervosa,in order to deepen the understanding of the neuroanatomical basis of the occurrence and development of mental illness and provide a basis for the surgical treatment of them.
