叙事取向的大学生心理健康课程实效性研究——基于与传统讲授模式的比较

摘  要:探讨叙事取向的大学生心理健康课程模式的实效性,为该课程模式的推广提供实证支撑。采用认知灵活性问卷(CFI)中文版、精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自编的学生教学满意度评价表对性别比例、心理灵活性和心理健康水平大致相当的两组学生进行研究。结果显示:实验组学生在CFI全量表以及认知可选择性、认知可控性两个分量表上的得分均高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组学生SCL-90各因子上的得分均低于对照组,其中在躯体化、强迫、偏执、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等7个因子上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生在教学满意度评价表的教学内容、教学方法和教学效果等维度上的得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。叙事取向的大学生心理健康课程模式能显著增强大学生的认知灵活性、改善大学生的心理健康状况,也能提升大学生对心理健康课程的满意度。This paper discusses the effectiveness of narration-oriented mental health curriculum model for college students,and provides empirical support for the promotion of this curriculum model.The Chinese version of the Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire(CFI),the Self-Rating of Mental Symptoms Inventory(SCL-90)and the self-designed student teaching satisfaction evaluation table were used to study the two groups of students with roughly the same gender ratio,mental flexibility and mental health level.The results showed that the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01)on the CFI scale,cognitive selectivity scale and cognitive controllability scale;The scores of SCL-90 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and there were statistically significant differences in 7 factors such as somatization,compulsion,paranoia,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety and hostility(P<0.05);The scores of teaching content,teaching method and teaching effect in teaching satisfaction evaluation table of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The narration-oriented mental health course model of college students can significantly enhance their cognitive flexibility,improve their mental health status,and enhance their satisfaction with mental health curriculum.
