摘 要:为满足现代工业生产对高精度、高效率、自动化控制等方面的需求,地磅已成为工业生产中不可或缺的测量工具。在地磅和LED屏的联动、实时监测显示方面,高效稳定的同步控制卡至关重要。为此,本文提出了一种基于STM32的地磅LED屏同步控制卡的设计与实现方法。该同步控制卡能够实现与地磅表头的数据同步和LED显示控制,同时具备高速传输、可编程控制等功能。本文首先介绍控制卡的硬件结构设计,特别是电流环信号检测电路的设计,然后基于事件驱动的编程模式,介绍了各个功能模块的实现方法,最后介绍了实验测试的详细方案,通过实验结果证明了该控制卡的性能和可靠性。To meet the needs of modern industrial production in terms of high precision,high efficiency and automatic control,floor scales have become an indispensable measurement tool in industrial production.An efficient and stable synchronization control card is crucial in the linkage and real-time monitoring and display of floor scales and LED screens.To this end,a design and implementation method of STM32-based synchronization control card for weighbridge-LED screen is proposed.This synchronization control card can realize data synchronization and LED display control with the weighbridge meter head,and also has the functions of high-speed transmission and programmable control.Firstly,the hardware structure design of the control card is introduced,especially the design of the current loop signal detection circuit.Then,the software development adopts the event-driven programming mode,and the implementation method of each functional module is introduced.Finally,the detailed scheme of experimental testing is introduced,and the performance and reliability of the control card are proved by the experimental results.
