摘  要:详细探讨氢燃料电池动力船舶气罐的结构、类型和布置方式,确定船用氢气储罐安放位置需要考虑的因素,提出最优的布置方案。根据规范要求,采用拉格朗日法分析气罐布置于开敞甲板时发生追尾碰撞的全过程,观察碰撞过程中船体各构件损伤情况,探讨碰撞事故对氢气储罐产生的影响。研究表明,气罐处于完全安全状态,但气罐基座最大应力接近屈服应力,在实际工程中可适当加强基座与甲板接触区域。This paper introduces the type, layout and structure of hydrogen fuel cell-powered ship gas tank in detail, determines the factors to be considered for the placement of Marine hydrogen storage tank, and puts forward the optimal layout design. According to the requirements of the specification, The whole process of rear-end collision of gas tanks on open deck was analyzed by using display time integral method, and the damage of hull components during collision was observed, and the impact of collision on hydrogen storage tanks was discussed. The results show that the gas tank is in a completely safe state, but the maximum stress of the gas tank base is close to the yield stress, so the contact area between the base and the deck should be strengthened appropriately in practical engineering.
