摘 要:中国共产党历来重视文艺工作。“七七”卢沟桥事变后,党从全面抗战的现实需求、形势变化与发展趋势出发,不断调整文艺政策,由对“抗战建国”的认同与独到阐释,到举起新民主主义旗帜,再具体到工农兵方向的倡导与实践,表现出浓郁的务实色彩与高远的前瞻眼光。中共文艺政策有效地应合了时代的召唤,引导延安与陕甘宁边区及各个抗日民主根据地创造出生机勃勃的人民文艺,推动并见证了从民族解放到社会解放的历史进程,至今仍有取之不尽的历史价值。The CPC has always attached great importance to the work of literature and art.After the Lugou Bridge Incident,it constantly adjusted the literary and artistic policies from the realistic needs,changes in the situation and development trends of the comprehensive resistance against Japan.From the identification and unique interpretation of"fighting the enemies and rebuilding the country"to the raising of the new-democratic banner,and then to the advocacy and practice of the direction of workers,peasants and soldiers,it showed a strong pragmatic color and forward-looking vision.The CPC's literary and artistic policies effectively responded to the call of the times,guiding Yan'an,the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and various democratic base areas of resistance against Japan to create vibrant people's literature and art,and promoting and witnessing the historical process from national liberation to social liberation.
