LEEP环形电切术治疗宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究LEEP环形电切术治疗宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变(SIL)的临床效果。方法选取40例经阴道镜下宫颈活检诊断为SIL患者,依照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组20例。对照组患者采用药物保守治疗,研究组患者采用LEEP环形电切术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者治愈率为95.00%,对照组患者治愈率为60.00%,研究组患者治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者平均手术时间、平均术中出血量、平均术后焦痂脱离出血量分别为(6.43±1.25)min、(2.21±0.46)ml、(2.87±0.60)ml。研究组HPV感染率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LEEP环形电切术治疗SIL患者效果确切,同时也能降低高危型HPV感染率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of LEEP circular electrotomy in the treatment of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion(SIL).Methods 40 patients diagnosed with SIL by colposcopic cervical biopsy were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drug conservatively,and the study group was treated with LEEP ring electrotomy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The cure rate of the study group was 95.00%,and that of the control group was 60.00%.The cure rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mean operation time,mean intraoperative blood loss and mean postoperative eschar release blood loss of the study group were(6.43±1.25)min,(2.21±0.46)ml and(2.87±0.60)ml,respectively.The infection rate of HPV in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LEEP ring electrotomy is effective in the treatment of SIL patients and can also reduce the infection rate of high-risk HPV.
