摘 要:颈椎椎旁肌作为颈椎周围重要的附着结构,其功能状态与颈椎疾病的发生、发展及手术预后均有着密切关联。颈椎椎旁肌的退变往往会通过影响颈椎稳定性、矢状位平衡等方面进而诱发颈椎疾病,并与颈椎手术预后存在一定的相关性,颈椎疾病则通过去神经支配、炎症、失平衡等不同机制亦能加速颈椎椎旁肌的退变。本文将从多个方面对颈椎椎旁肌退变与颈椎疾病的发生和手术预后相关性进行综述,以期为剖析颈椎疾病的病因及其治疗方面提供参考。As an important attachment structure around the cervical spine,the functional status of the cervical spine paravertebral muscle is closely related to the occurrence,and development of cervical spine diseases and the surgical prognosis.Degeneration of the paraspinal muscles of the cervical spine often induces cervical spine diseases by affecting cervical spine stability,sagittal balance,etc.,and has a certain correlation with the prognosis of cervical spine surgery,while cervical spine diseases accelerate cervical spine paraspinal muscle degeneration through different mechanisms,such as denervation,inflammation,and imbalance,etc.In this paper,we will review the relevance between the degeneration of the cervical spine paraspinal muscles,and the occurrence and surgical prognosis of cervical spine diseases from various aspects,in order to provide a reference for analyzing the etiology of cervical spine diseases and their treatment.
