补肾固齿丸联合贝复新凝胶治疗肾阴虚型慢性牙周炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨补肾固齿丸联合贝复新凝胶治疗肾阴虚型慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法 选取2021年9月至2022年12月广东药科大学附属第一医院收治的120例肾阴虚型慢性牙周炎患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照1组、对照2组与研究组,每组40例。对照1组予以贝复新凝胶治疗,对照2组予以补肾固齿丸治疗,研究组给予贝复新凝胶联合补肾固齿丸治疗,三组均持续治疗12周。治疗结束后,评估三组临床疗效、症状好转时间及安全性,比较三组治疗前后牙周状况指标及炎症因子水平。结果 研究组临床疗效优于对照1、2组,口腔异味、咀嚼疼痛、牙齿松动和牙龈水肿症状好转时间短于对照1、2组(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组牙周袋探诊深度、出血指数评分、牙周菌斑指数、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照1、2组(P<0.05)。三组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 补肾固齿丸联合贝复新凝胶治疗慢性牙周炎效果及安全性较高,有助于减轻患者炎症水平,改善其临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Guchi Pills combined with Beifuxin Gel on chronic periodontitis with syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic periodontitis with syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group 1,control group 2,and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group 1 was treated with Befuxin Gel,control group 2 was treated with Bushen Guchi Pills,and study group was treated with Befuxin Gel combined with Bushen Guchi Pills.All three groups were treated for 12 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,and safety of the three groups were evaluated,and the periodontal status indexes and inflammatory factors levels of three groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of control group 1 and 2,and the improvement time of symptoms of bad breath,chewing pain,tooth loosening,and gingival edema was shorter than that of control group 1 and 2(P<0.05).After treatment,the depth of periodontal pocket exploration,bleeding index score,periodontal plaque index,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and interleukin-1β in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of study group were lower than those of control group 1 and 2(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Guchi Pills combined with Beifuxin Gel has high efficacy and safety in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,which is helpful to reduce the level of inflammation,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
