摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是一种临床常见的自身免疫性疾病,其发病率、致残率较高,是现代医学面临的治疗难题,中医药辨证论治该病体现出一定的特色和优势。基于络病理论指导慢性复杂性疾病的防治成为医学研究的热点和前沿,文章梳理了近些年基于络病理论探讨中医药防治类风湿关节炎的文献,总结出类风湿关节炎的中医病因病机、中医药治疗方法及临床用药研究。其目的在于系统梳理归纳总结中医药防治类风湿关节炎的临床论治及用药,规范类风湿关节炎中医药治疗策略,为临床其他属络病范畴的疾病诊治提供参考。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a common autoimmune disease in clinical practice.Its high incidence rate and disability rate are the treatment problems faced by modern medicine.TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation shows certain characteristics and advantages.The prevention and treatment of chronic complex diseases guided by the theory of collateral diseases has become a hot topic and forefront of medical research.This article summarizes the literature on the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis using traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of collateral diseases in recent years,and summarizes the related causes,pathogenesis,treatment methods,and clinical medication research of rheumatoid arthritis in traditional Chinese medicine.Its purpose is to systematically summarize and summarize the clinical treatment and medication of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,guide the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine treatment strategies for rheumatoid arthritis,and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of other diseases belonging to the category of collateral diseases in clinical practice.
