摘　　要：医学体用观研究旨在用传统哲学概念语言,对中医理论内涵进行科学诠释。该文通过梳理明代以前体用概念变迁史,并结合李时珍132处体用内容文本进行考察与分析,在界定其体用运用范围的同时,基本厘清了李时珍医学体用观的内涵和逻辑。总体来说,李时珍体用观在根本上具有物论性质,从运用范围上看,体用讨论对象不离身体、药物、方剂;从概念表意上看,包含有形质之“体”与性质之“体”两种;从体用结构上看,亦有体用相涵、一体多用、体似用异等。纵观李时珍体用观的建构,既有理学的本体论思维,又有实学的临床旨归和实践导向,堪谓本草体用理论之奠基。The study of noumenon and expression of medicine aims to scientifically interpret the connotation of TCM theory with the concept language of traditional philosophy.Through sorting out the history of changes in the concept of noumenon and expression in the past,and combining with the text of 132 noumenon and expression contents of LI Shizhen,this paper investigates and analyzes the connotation and logic of LI Shizhen's view of medical noumenon and expression while defining the scope of his noumenon and expression.In general,LI Shizhen's view of noumenon and expression has the nature of matter theory fundamentally.From the perspective of application scope,the object of noumenon and expression discussion does not leave the body,medicine and prescription.From the perspective of concept,there are two kinds of“noumenon”including tangible quality and“noumenon”of nature.From the point of view of the structure of noumenon and expression,there are also noumenon and expressionof inclusion,integrated multi-purpose,body similarity with different.The construction of LI Shizhen's theory of noumenon and expression has not only the ontological thinking of neo-confucianism,but also the clinical purview and practice orientation of practical science,which can be regarded as the foundation of the theory of herbal medicine noumenon and expression.
