摘 要:前列腺癌淋巴结转移常与预后差、生存周期短等结局相关。CT、MRI在诊断前列腺癌淋巴结转移方面准确率低。镓-68标记前列腺特异性膜抗原正电子发射断层扫描/计算机断层扫描这项技术的引入,改善了前列腺癌的诊断水平和治疗方案。本文就该项技术对比常规影像学和其他示踪剂在前列腺癌和前列腺癌淋巴结转移的诊断准确率、识别生化复发病灶、改善挽救性放射治疗方案及非淋巴结转移显像点作一综述。Lymph node metastasis of prostate cancer is frequently associated with a poor prognosis and a short survival cycle.CT and MRI have low accuracy in identifying prostate cancer lymph node metastases.The introduction of Gallium-68labeled prostate-specific membrane antigen positron emission tomography/computed tomography has improved the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer,it has improved the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.In this paper,the accuracy of this technique compared with conventional imaging and other tracers in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and lymph node metastasis,identification of biochemical recurrent foci,improvement of salvage radiation therapy and non-lymph node metastasis imaging sites are reviewed.
