青少年中医体质调查及与抑郁焦虑状态的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 调查青少年中医体质情况,分析中医体质与抑郁合并焦虑状态的相关性。方法 回顾性分析2021年5月至2022年10月江苏省淮安市第三人民医院收治的78例抑郁合并焦虑青少年的资料作为抑郁合并焦虑组,另选取同时期无焦虑及抑郁的青少年52例作为健康组。比较两组临床资料及中医体质分布情况;分析青少年抑郁合并焦虑的影响因素。结果 抑郁合并焦虑中,4例量表无效,共74例有效量表。健康中,2例量表无效,共50例有效量表。两组性别、年龄、地区、父母文化程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抑郁合并焦虑中医体质分布中,痰湿质、血瘀质发生焦虑的占比相对较高。两组中医体质比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医体质血瘀质、痰湿质、气虚质与抑郁评分、焦虑评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 青少年中医体质与抑郁合并焦虑密切相关,应加强青少年健康教育,增强体质,预防抑郁焦虑的发生。Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine constitution of adolescents and analyze the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine constitution and depression combined with anxiety.Methods The data of 78 adolescents with depression and anxiety treated in the Third People's Hospital of Huaian from May 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed as depression and anxiety group,and 52 adolescents without anxiety and depression were selected during the same period as healthy group.The clinical data and traditional Chinese medicine constitution distribution of adolescents with depression and anxiety were compared with those of healthy adolescents.The influencing factors of adolescent depression combined with anxiety were analyzed.Results Depression and anxiety group,four cases were ineffective and 74cases were effective.Among healthy group,two were ineffective and 50 were effective.There was no significant difference in gender,age,region,and parental education between the two groups(P>0.05).In the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitution of with depression and anxiety group,the proportion of phlegm-dampness and blood-stasis anxiety is relatively high.The difference of traditional Chinese medicine constitution between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood stasis,phlegm,and qi deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine constitution were positively correlated with depression and anxiety scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine constitution of adolescents is closely related to depression and anxiety.It is necessary to strengthen the health education of adolescents to enhance their physique and prevent the occurrence of depression and anxiety.
