口炎清颗粒联合抗病毒口服液治疗儿童疱疹性口腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察口炎清颗粒联合抗病毒口服液治疗儿童疱疹性口腔炎的临床效果。方法:将80例疱疹性口腔炎患儿随机分成对照组和研究组各40例。对照组在西药对症治疗的基础上加用抗病毒口服液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用口炎清颗粒治疗。治疗1周后,评估2组临床疗效和药物不良反应(ADR)发生率,并比较治疗前后中医证候评分,血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)]及免疫指标[CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、血清免疫球蛋白A (IgA)]水平。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为95.00%,对照组为80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组主、次症等中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组主、次症评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组上述3项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、血清IgA值均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组上述2项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组ADR发生率为10.00%,对照组为5.00%。2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口炎清颗粒联合抗病毒口服液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎效果确切,可明显改善中医证候,有效抑制机体炎症反应,改善患者免疫功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Kouyanqing Granules combined with Kangbingdu Oral Liquid on children with herpetic stomatitis.Methods:A total of 80 children with herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangbingdu Oral Liquid based on symptomatic western medicine,and the study group was additionally treated with Kouyanqing Granules based on the treatment of control group.One week after treatment,the clinical effects and incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADR) in the two groups were evaluated.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,serum inflammatory factors,including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2) and interleukin-6(IL-6),and immune indexes,including CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00% in the study group and 80.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms and other scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-6 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and serum IgA in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ADR was 10.00% in the study group and 5.00% in the control group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Kouyanqing Granules combined w
