微媒体视域下高校学生“微党建”工作发展状况评估——基于安徽省部分高校的实证调查

摘　　要：以安徽省为例,对安徽省内15所高校进行问卷调查、实地访谈和网站调研,评估“微党建”工作现况。针对存在问题,提出树立个性发展理念、构建精细化管理体系和培育学生标杆等优化路径,以推动高校学生党建工作科学有序发展。The student party building work in colleges should rely on the advantages of micro-media to accelerate the pace of innovation and explore the characteristics of the times to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the education of student Party members.Taking Anhui Province as an example,based on the questionnaire survey,field interviews and website survey conducted in 15 colleges in Anhui Province and the assessment of the micro-Party building work,the paper suggests such optimization ways as establishing the concept of personalized development,creating a refined management system,and nurturing student models,so as to promote the scientific and orderly development of the student party building work in colleges.
