新时代高校师生党支部共建模式的探索与实践——以河北农业大学理工系为例

摘　　要：教师与学生党支部共建模式是新形势下对基层党建工作的创新,对增强高校党支部育人活力及成效具有重要的现实意义。当前,师生党支部存在两者独立建设、缺乏共建机制以及活动欠缺融合等问题。以河北农业大学理工系为例,通过实施师生党支部“123”共建工程,对支部组织形式、共建机制及活动开展等进行实践探索,推动高校基层党建工作高质量发展。The co-construction mode of teacher and student Party branches is an innovation of the grass roots Party building work in the new situation,which is of great practical importance for the enhancement of the educational vitality of college Party branches.At present,there are such problems as the independent construction of the teacher Party branch and the student Party branch,the lack of co-construction mechanism and the lack of integrated activities.Taking the Department of Science and Technology of Hebei Agricultural University as an example,through the implementation of the“123”co-construction project of the teacher Party branch and the student Party branch,the paper makes a study on the organizational form,the co-construction mechanism,and the activity development of the branch,so as to promote the education effectiveness of grassroots Party organization.
