摘  要:对新升格本科院校学前教育师范生专业素养现状进行调查,发现存在学生职业理想和信念教育有待强化、本科生专业素养亟需提升和专业素养提升措施难以实施等问题。据此,提出以下对策建议:创新“三全育人”路径,加强职业认同感教育;构建科学的人才培养体系,提升学前教育师范生专业素养;重视师资培训,确保专业师资队伍“升本”。The study on the professional quality of preschool education majors in newly upgraded universities finds that the professional ideal and belief education needs to be strengthened,the professional quality of undergraduates needs to be improved,and the professional quality improvement measures are difficult to implement.In view of these problems,such countermeasures for improvement are suggested as innovating on the path of full-staff education,whole-process education and all-round education,strengthening the professional identity education,establishing a scientific talent training system,and emphasizing teacher training to ensure the“upgrading”of the professional teaching staff.
