临床医学专业学生党员教育管理工作路径探析

摘　　要：学生党员是高校基层党组织的最基本构成元素,加强学生党员教育管理事关“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一教育的根本性问题。新时代背景下,临床医学专业学生党员的教育管理工作存在教育管理体系单一、党建工作队伍薄弱和党建活动吸引力不足等问题,应从完善学生党员教育管理体系、建强学生党建工作队伍建设以及增强党建活动吸引力等方面施策,培养出优秀的临床医学专业学生党员。Student party members are the basic elements of the grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities.The education and management of student party members is related to the fundamental issue of“what kind of people to train,how to train talents,and for whom to train talents”.In the new era,there are problems in the education and management of student party members of clinical medicine,such as the simple and single education and management system,the weak party building work team,and the insufficient attraction of party building activities.It is advisable to train excellent student party members of clinical medicine through improving the education and management system,building a strong student party building work team,and enhancing the attraction of party building activities.
