技术型初创企业商业模式创新和战略柔性——基于创业调整行动的多案例分析

摘　　要：选取三家技术型初创企业作为研究对象,基于横向比较与纵向分析相结合的归纳式跨案例研究方法,依据“创业调整行动→商业模式创新→战略柔性”的逻辑构建三者之间的理论模型。研究表明,创业者综合使用多种创业调整行动有助于提高初创企业可行商业模式的有效性;初创企业在不同环境动态水平以及扮演不同角色情况下采取的商业模式创新策略不同;当初创企业所处的环境动态性越来越高,且在行业中所扮演的角色由被动适应转化为主动影响时,商业模式创新的侧重点将由增强反应型战略柔性逐渐转变至增强前瞻型战略柔性。Three technology-based startups were selected as research objects,and the theoretical model between them was constructed based on the logic of"entrepreneurial adjustment actions→business model innovation→strategic flexibility"using the inductive cross-case study method that combines cross-sectional comparisons and longitudinal analyses.The study shows that:entrepreneurs use a combination of entrepreneurial adjustment actions to help improve the effectiveness of the feasible business model of startups;startups adopt different business model innovation strategies under different levels of environmental dynamics and different roles;when the environment in which startups are located becomes more and more dynamic,and the role they play in the industry transforms from reactive adaptation to proactive influence,the focus of business model innovation will change from enhancing reactive strategic flexibility to enhancing strategic flexibility.As the environment becomes more dynamic and the role of the startup changes from reactive adaptation to proactive influence,the focus of business model innovation gradually changes from enhancing reactive strategic flexibility to enhancing forward-looking strategic flexibility.
