摘  要:A causal relationship has been reported between the average population salt(sodium chloride)intake and the increased risk of stroke and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in some epidemiological and clinical studies.The World Health Organization has recommended that a sodium intake of<2 g/day is preventive against cardiovascular disease,although the current intake is in excess in most countries.
