摘  要:代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)是非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的新定义,MAFLD在NAFLD的基础上强调了代谢在发病机制中的重要性。近年随着肥胖及其相关代谢综合征的全球化流行,MAFLD已成为危害人类健康的重大公共卫生问题。虽然近年针对MAFLD的研究逐年增多,但其发病机制目前尚未完全阐明。糖代谢在MAFLD中发挥重要作用,体内葡萄糖-6-磷酸、丙酮酸、乳酸以及乙酰辅酶A等糖代谢关键中间产物水平的变化可影响MAFLD的发生发展。因此,深入研究糖代谢关键中间产物在MAFLD中的作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Metabolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)is a new definition of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),which emphasizes the importance of metabolism in the pathogenesis based on NAFLD.In recent years,with the globalization of obesity and related metabolic syndrome,MAFLD has become a major public health problem that endangers human health.Although research on MAFLD has been increasing year by year in recent years,its pathogenesis has not yet been fully elucidated.Sugar metabolism plays an important role in MAFLD,and changes in the levels of key sugar metabolism intermediates such as glucose-6-phosphate,pyruvate,lactate,and acetyl CoA in the body can affect the occurrence and development of MAFLD.Therefore,in-depth research on the mechanism of action of key intermediate metabolites in sugar metabolism in MAFLD can provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
