摘　　要：乳腺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,具有多种分子类型。对于晚期乳腺癌多采用放化疗、内分泌及靶向治疗。外泌体与肿瘤微环境的相互作用是目前乳腺癌相关研究的热点,外泌体在肿瘤的发生发展、侵袭转移、治疗耐药等过程中发挥重要作用,其相关分子可通过改变肿瘤微环境、影响血管生成、诱导细胞耐药等方式影响乳腺癌的各个环节。因此,深入研究外泌体在乳腺癌肿瘤微环境中的作用及外泌体相关诊治方法,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor with a variety of molecular types.The treatment of advanced breast cancer mainly adopts chemoradiotherapy,endocrine and targeted therapy.The interaction between exosomes and tumor microenvironment is a hot topic in breast cancer related research.Exosomes play an important role in the whole process of tumor development,invasion and metastasis,and drug resistance.Their related molecules affect all aspects of breast cancer by changing tumor microenvironment,affecting angiogenesis,inducing cell drug resistance and other ways.Therefore,in-depth studies of the role of exosomes in the tumor microenvironment of breast cancer and exosome-related diagnosis and treatment methods can provide new ideas for the disease treatment.
