摘　　要：脂肪组织除具有储能作用外,还具有强大的内分泌功能,其可分泌多种生物活性因子,且其分泌的脂肪因子网膜素可能与激素依赖性肿瘤(HDC)的发生发展密切相关。肥胖可能增加子宫内膜癌、前列腺癌、乳腺癌等HDC患者的死亡风险,但目前其相关作用机制仍不明确。新型脂肪因子网膜素可能在不同类型肿瘤中发挥不同作用,其本身结构特点与肿瘤部位和(或)肿瘤类型可能是其发挥不同作用的重要因素,未来有望成为有价值的肿瘤标志物及肿瘤治疗新靶点。Adipose tissue has not only energy storage function,but also strong endocrine function.It can secrete various bioactive factors,and the secreted adipokine omentin may be closely related to the occurrence and development of hormone-dependent cancer(HDC).Obesity may increase the death risk of HDC patients,such as endometrial cancer,prostate cancer,and breast cancer,but its related mechanism is still unclear.The novel adipokine omentin may play different roles in different types of tumors,and its structural characteristics and tumor location and/or type may be important factors for its different effects.It is expected to become a valuable tumor marker and a new target for tumor treatment in the future.
