天地人 三才合:中国卓越企业家素质模型构建研究

摘　　要：基于对中国独特政商人文情境的深度思考,以本土卓越企业家任正非为例,通过对搜集的数据资料进行编码分析,厘清了卓越企业家素质的内涵,即卓越企业家素质是使企业家在商海沉浮中脱颖而出的综合能力,是企业核心能力的映射,是支撑企业成为世界级领先企业或隐形冠军的一系列能力;提炼出卓越企业家素质的三大维度,即有情怀、懂江湖、通人性;将中国古代的“天地人”三才文化理念匹配到企业家素质三大维度上,构建了中国卓越企业家的“金三角”素质模型。研究结论可为企业家自我修炼及企业管理提供有益启示。Based on a deep reflection on the unique political,business,and cultural context of China,taking Ren Zhengfei,a local outstanding entrepreneur,as an example,through coding and analyzing the collected data,the connotation of excellent entrepreneurial quality is clarified.Excellent entrepreneurial quality is the comprehensive ability that enables entrepreneurs to stand out in the ups and downs of the business world,the core ability mapping of enterprise success,and a series of abilities that support enterprises to become world-class leading enterprises or hidden champions.Extract the three dimensions of outstanding entrepreneurial qualities,namely having feelings,understanding the world,and understanding human nature.We have matched the cultural concept of“heaven,earth,and human”in ancient China with the three dimensions of entrepreneurial quality,and constructed a“Golden Triangle”quality model for outstanding Chinese entrepreneurs.The research findings can provide useful insights for entrepreneurs to self-cultivate and manage their businesses.
