摘 要:2021年新能源汽车销量330万辆,渗透率14.8%;2022年,汽车总销量2686.4万辆,新能源汽车总销量688万辆,同比增长2.08倍,渗透率25.6%。传统汽车厂及造车新势力都加大了在电动汽车领域的投入。在纯电动汽车竞争日益激烈环境下,加快了产品向高续航、高集成、轻量化等方向的发展。对新能源电驱动系统功率密度、高性价比等方面提出更高需求。为顺应行业快速发展趋势,在满足功能与强度要求下,对减速器进行轻量化设计,是产品设计开发需要重点考虑的方面。In 2021,the sales of new energy vehicles reached 3.3 million units,with a penetration rate of 14.8%;In 2022,the total sales of automobiles were 26.864 million,while the total sales of new energy vehicles were 6.88 million,a year-on-year increase of 2.08 times and a penetration rate of 25.6%.Both traditional car manufacturers and new forces in car manufacturing have increased their investment in the field of electric vehicles.In the increasingly competitive environment of pure electric vehicles,the development of products towards high range,high integration,and lightweight has been accelerated.Propose higher demands for power density and high cost-effectiveness of new energy electric drive systems.In order to comply with the rapid development trend of the industry and meet the requirements of functionality and strength,lightweight design of reducers is a key aspect that needs to be considered in product design and development.
