摘 要:为了揭示羊奶果种质资源叶片光合特性差异,并以此为依据筛选和鉴定高产羊奶果种质,以收集到的3份羊奶果种质资源L001、幸福三号(XF3)和橄榄坝一号(GLB1)的绿色叶片和新生灰色叶片为材料,对其叶绿素含量、光合活性等生理指标进行测定。结果表明,羊奶果新生灰色叶片和绿色叶片的色素含量存在显著差异,灰色叶片的叶绿素a(Chla)、总叶绿素(Chla+b)、叶绿素a/b比值(Chl a/b)和β-胡萝卜素(β-Car)含量均显著低于绿叶;3个种质绿色叶片光合特性和生理指标间存在显著差异,GLB1绿色叶片的Chla、Chlb和Chla+b显著高于其他种质;L001绿色叶片实际PSⅡ量子产量[Y(Ⅱ)]、光化学荧光淬灭系数(qP)、PSⅡ天线光化学荧光淬灭系数(qL)等显著高于其他种质,说明其产量潜力最优。本研究为光合作用分析技术在羊奶果种质资源筛选中的应用奠定基础。To reveal the differences in the leaf photosynthetic characteristics of Elaeagnus conferta Roxb. germplasm resources and to use this germplasm as a basis for screening and identifying high-yielding E. conferta germplasms, the green and new gray leaves of three collected E. conferta germplasm resources, L001, XF3 and GLB1;were used to determine the chlorophyll content, photosynthetic activity, and other physiological indices. The results showed significant differences in pigment content between the new gray leaves and green leaves of E. conferta. The chlorophyll a(Chla), total chlorophyll(Chla+b),chlorophyll a/b ratio(Chl a/b), and β-carotene(β-Car) contents of gray leaves were significantly lower than those of green leaves;there were significant differences in the photosynthetic characteristics of the green leaves of the three germplasms and among the physiological indices;and the photosynthetic activity of the green leaves of GLB1 was significantly lower than that of the green leaves. Chla, Chlb, and Chla+b in green leaves were significantly higher than in other germplasm;the actual PSⅡ quantum yield [Y(Ⅱ)], photochemical fluorescence quenching coefficient(qP), and photochemical fluorescence quenching coefficient of PSⅡ antennae(qL) of L001 green leaves were significantly higher than those of the other germplasm, which indicated that these plants had the optimal yield potential. This study lays the foundation for the photosynthesis analysis technology application in screening E. conferta germplasm resources.
