做好新形势下国有企业保密工作的思考

摘　　要：作为能源领域的国有重要骨干企业,我们做好保密工作意义重大。本文从国际、国内两个维度深入分析了国有企业保密工作面临的复杂严峻形势,指出国有企业保密工作存在的部分员工保密意识还需增强、保密学习宣传教育还需强化、商业秘密定密工作还需规范、重点项目保密管理还需探索、保密技防手段还需持续提升等薄弱环节,提出深化体系建设、强化“三大管理”、加强宣传教育、加强督导检查、严格信息审查等对策措施,为国有企业高质量可持续发展提供有力保障。As an important backbone state-owned enterprise in the energy sector,confidentiality work is of great significance.This paper deeply analyzes the complex and severe situation faced by the confidentiality work of state-owned enterprises from both international and domestic dimensions.It points out the weaknesses in the confidentiality work of state-owned enterprises,such as the need to enhance some employees awareness of confidentiality,to strengthen the learning and propaganda education of confidentiality,to standardize the work of defining commercial secrets,to explore the confidentiality management of key projects,and to continuously improve technical prevention measures for confidentiality.It proposes countermeasures such as deepening system construction,strengthening‘three major managements,enhancing propaganda and education,strengthening supervision and inspection,and strictly reviewing information,to provide a strong guarantee for the high-quality and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.
