摘  要:职业教育与普通教育是两种不同的教育类型,具有同等重要地位。探究职普融通背景下的高校创新人才培养改革路径,有助于应用型院校更新办学思路和人才培养观念,培养更多高素质创新型技术技能人才。通过比较分析的研究方法和视角,发现地方新建本科院校在转型发展中,在办学理念、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设等方面面临困境。通过借鉴职业教育与普通教育的资源共享和融通理念,地方高校需探索一条应用型创新人才培养的路径,包括“强化复合型人才创新培养理念,完善实践教学与特色课程体系”“完善校企产学研合力育人机制,探索应用型创新人才培养模式”“强化‘双师双能型’教师队伍培养,完善教师考核与激励机制”。With equal importance,vocational education and general education are two different types of education.It is helpful for applied universities to update their educational ideas and talent cultivation concepts so that it could cultivate more high-quality and innovative technical and skilled talents by exploring the reform path of innovative talent cultivation in universities under the background of the integration of general education and vocational education.With the research method and perspective of comparative analysis,it is found that newly established local undergraduate universities are faced with difficulties and challenges in terms of educational philosophy,talent cultivation models,and faculty construction,etc.in the process of school transformation and development.By drawing on the concepts of resource sharing and integration between vocational education and general education,local universities need to explore a path for cultivating applied innovative talents,which includes enhancing the concept of innovative cultivation of compound talents,improving the practical teaching and characteristic curriculum system;improving the mechanism of joint education between school,enterprise,industry,academia,and research,exploring the cultivation mode of applied innovative talents;strengthening the cultivation of the“double-qualified”teacher teams,and improving the teacher assessment and incentive mechanism.
