摘 要:研究发现城市污水处理过程中会产生大量碳排,医院污水处理作为城市污水处理系统的一部分产生的碳排常被人忽视。而运行过程中产生的碳排放,主要是由设备运行电耗造成的。以西南地区某医院污水处理站为研究案例,经核算该污水站实际运行的电耗碳排放量为82.46 tCO_(2),其中污水生化处理单元电耗产生的碳排放最大,占比为51.66%。鼓风机和潜污泵消耗电力产生的碳排量分别占总电耗碳排的48.49%和23.95%。对高耗能的鼓风机和潜污泵进行节能改造后,年减排量约为5.95 tCO_(2)。研究为实现“双碳”目标提供数据支撑,为医院污水站运行规划及节能减排路径提供思路。It was found that a large amount of carbon emission was produced in the process of urban sewage treatment,and the carbon emission generated by hospital sewage treatment as a part of urban sewage treatment system was often ignored.The carbon emissions generated during operation were mainly caused by the power consumption of equipment operation.Taking a hospital sewage treatment station in southwest China as a case study,the calculation of the actual operation of the station's power consumption carbon emissions was 82.46 t CO_(2),in which the power consumption of the sewage biochemical treatment unit generated the largest carbon emissions,accounting for 51.66%.The carbon emission of blower and submersible pump accounted for 48.49%and 23.95%of the total carbon emission of power consumption,respectively.After the energy-saving transformation of the high energy consumption blower and submersible pump,the annual emission reduction was about 5.95 tCO_(2).This study provided data support for realizing the goal of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,and provided ideas for the operation planning of hospital sewage station and the path of energy conservation and emission reduction.
