2019—2021年石河子市某中职院校学生艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析某中职院校学生艾滋病哨点监测结果,了解青年学生艾滋病相关知识、知识知晓率和性行为特征,研究相关影响因素,为制定本地防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用分阶段整群抽样方法选取2019—2021年中职院校学生作为调查对象,开展问卷调查,收回有效问卷2400份。根据数据类型和分布类型进行统计分析。结果回收样本中,男生1590人,女生810人。艾滋病相关知识总体知晓率为70.96%。性别为女生(OR=1.575)、20~24岁(OR=3.523),近一年接受艾滋病宣传(OR=4.194)是艾滋病知晓的促进因素。调查对象中性行为发生率为3.63%,女生低于男生。2019—2021年,接受过预防艾滋病宣传服务的学生占比分别为45.37%、91.75%、93.38%,参与预防干预的分别为30.88%、39.25%、78.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论石河子市某中职院校学生艾滋病知识知晓率较低,应继续加大青年学生艾滋病宣传教育力度,提高其自我保护意识,不断完善艾滋病哨点监测及疫情防控工作。Objective To analyze the AIDS sentinel surveillance results of students in a secondary vocational school,and to study the related influencing factors through knowledge awareness rate and sexual behavior characteristics of adolescents' AIDS related knowledge,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating local prevention and control strategies.Methods A secondary vocational school from 2019 to 2021 was selected,and a questionnaire survey was conducted by staged cluster sampling,with 2 400 valid questionnaires.Chi square test and other statistical methods were used to analyze the data.Results There were 1 590 males,and 810 females.The awareness rate of AIDS was 70.96%,girls was higher than boys,and prevention intervention(87.17%) was higher than no intervention(57.17%).Gender of girls and prevention intervention were the promoting factors for AIDS awareness.The incidence of sexual behavior was 3.63%,girls was lower than boys and the condom use rate of the first sexual behavior was 55.17%.From 2019 to2021,45.37%,91.75% and 93.38% of the patients received prevention intervention,and 30.88%,39.25% and 78.00%of the patients participated in prevention intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and condom use rate of students in a secondary vocational school in Shihezi City are low.Continue to increase AIDS education among young students,improve their self-protection awareness,and constantly improve AIDS sentinel surveillance and epidemic prevention and control.
