摘 要:目的探讨改良正念减压疗法对大学生社交焦虑、自我接纳水平的影响。方法将交往焦虑量表(IAS)筛查出评分>60分的72名学生随机分为实验组、对照组,每组各36人。对照组采用常规干预,实验组在常规干预基础上采用8周改良的正念减压疗法,在干预前、干预结束时及干预后3个月采用IAS、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)对两组学生的社交焦虑、自我接纳水平进行评定。结果两因素重复测量方差分析结果显示,分组因素在IAS总分上的主效应显著,两组的IAS、SAQ总分及各维度得分在分组因素和时间因素之间存在交互作用。简单效应分析结果显示,干预结束和干预后3个月时,两组IAS总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后3个月,两组SAQ总分及自我接纳、自我评价维度得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良正念减压疗法不仅能改善大学生的社交焦虑水平,而且随着干预后时间的延长能够提升自我接纳水平。Objective To explore the effects of modified mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR) therapy on social anxiety and self-acceptance of college students. Methods A total of 72 of students with Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS) score >60 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional intervention, and the experimental group received modified MBSR therapy for 8weeks on the basis of conventional intervention. IAS and self-acceptance questionnaire(SAQ) were used to evaluate the levels of social anxiety and self-acceptance of the two groups before intervention, at the end of intervention and 3 months after intervention. Results The results of simple effect analysis showed that the difference of two groups' IAS scores between at the end of intervention and 3 months after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05), the difference of two groups' total score of SAQ, self-acceptance and self-evaluation at 3 months after intervention were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion Modified MBSR can not only reduce the social anxiety level of college students,but also improve their self-acceptance level with the extension of intervention time.
