绍兴市老年人口腔健康与就医行为现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解绍兴市老年人口腔健康和就医观念现状,为老年人口腔健康教育方案的制订提供理论依据。方法选取2021年5月-2022年12月在绍兴市第七人民医院就医的460例老年患者为研究对象,观察老年患者口腔健康状况、就医观念、就医行为,分析其就医行为的影响因素。结果408例(88.70%)患者存在口腔疾病,因口腔疾病就医的患者79例(17.17%),未曾就医患者381例(82.83%)。因口腔疾病就医的老年患者文化程度较高、有医疗保险且月收入较高,与未就医患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素二元logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度、月收入是影响老年患者口腔疾病就医行为的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论老年人口腔疾病发病率高、口腔健康状况差、就医率较低,需加强健康教育,改变其就医观念,改善其口腔健康状况。Objective To know the status quo of oral health and medical treatment concept of the elderly in Shaoxing City, and to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of oral health education program for the elderly. Methods A total of 460 elderly patients who treated in Shaoxing 7th People's Hospital from May, 2021 to December, 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects. The oral health status, medical treatment concepts and behaviors were observed. And the influencing factors of medical treatment behaviors were analyzed. Results 408(88.70%) patients had oral diseases, 79 patients(17.17%) sought medical treatment for oral diseases, and 381 patients(82.83%) did not seek medical treatment. The elderly patients who went to hospital for oral diseases had higher education, medical insurance and higher monthly income. There were binary statistical differences compared with elderly patients who did not seek medical treatment(P<0.05). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that educational level and monthly income were important influencing factors of the medical treatment behaviors of elderly patients for oral diseases(P<0.05). Conclusion The elderly have a high incidence of oral diseases, poor oral health status, and a low rate of medical treatment. It is necessary to strengthen health education, change the medical treatment concept, and improve the oral health status of the elderly.
