摘　　要：当前,疾病预防控制机构正值改革发展期,如何加强新时期疾病预防控制机构能力建设包括科研能力建设是当前改革发展中的重点。宁波市疾病预防控制中心自成立以来一直积极探索疾病预防控制机构发展新模式,经过20年的转型发展,在科教平台建设、科学研究和教育培训等方面取得了丰富成果。通过梳理宁波市疾病预防控制中心2001年以来科教工作的经验做法和发展成效,结合疾病预防控制机构的改革发展,为建成“科技创新、业务转型”的双一流现代化疾病预防控制中心的科教工作发展提出思考。At present, disease prevention and control institutions are in the period of reform and development after the new crown epidemic. How to strengthen the capacity building of disease control institutions, including scientific research capacity building, is the focus of the current reform and development. Since its establishment, Ningbo Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) has been actively exploring a new model for the development of disease control institutions. After 20 years of transformation and development, rich achievements have been made in the construction of science and education platforms, scientific research, and education and training. It summarizes the scientific and educational work experience, practices and development achievements of Ningbo CDC since 2001. In combination with the reform and development of the CDC after the current COVID-19 outbreak, it puts forward some thoughts on the development of science and education work to help the center to build a double-first-class modernized CDC of“scientific and technological innovation and business transformation”.
