睫状沟处隐匿性石墨颗粒异物一例

摘　　要：1例主诉为右眼被石墨颗粒崩伤5 d,视物不清2 d的中年男性就诊眼科。患者右眼角膜上方瞳孔缘处一穿孔伤,伤口闭合尚可,房水浑浊(+++)。影像学检查提示眼内异物,行眼内异物摘出术。术中在前房角镜辅助下用眼内颞取出下方睫状沟内一黑色异物。术前、术后进行抗炎及抗感染治疗,术后效果良好。A middle-aged male visited an ophthalmologist with the main complaint of penetrating injury to the right eye with graphite particle 5 days ago and blurred vision for 2 days.Physical examination revealed a penetrating wound above the cornea of the right eye,which was closed but with mixed aqueous humor(+++).Imaging examination suggested intraocular foreign body,and intraocular foreign body extraction was performed.Intraoperatively,assisted by gonioscopy,a black foreign body was removed from the lower ciliary sulcus using intra-temporal approach.Preoperative and postoperative anti-inflammatory and anti-infection therapy were performed,and the postoperative effect was good.
