摘 要:原发性获得性鼻泪管阻塞是一种病因不明的临床综合征,其病理特征是鼻泪管组织进行性炎症、纤维化及随后发生阻塞,由此导致患者出现溢泪和眼表不适。其病理生理改变涉及泪液的量和质的变化,通过泪液分析研究有助于深入理解原发性获得性鼻泪管阻塞的发病机制和继发眼表损害的发生机制。因此本文围绕原发性获得性鼻泪管阻塞的泪液形态学、泪液电解质渗透压、泪液细胞因子及蛋白研究进展进行综述。Primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction is a clinical syndrome of unknown etiology.It is characterized by progressive inflammation,fibrosis,and subsequent obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct,resulting in epiphora and ocular surface discomfort.Its pathophysiological changes involve changes in tear volume and quality.Tear analysis is helpful to further understand the pathogenesis of primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction and the mechanism of secondary ocular surface damage.This review focuses on the research progress on changes in tear morphology,electrolyte and osmolality,and cytokines and proteins in primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
