高等职业院校体育教研的提升策略研究

摘　　要：体育教研随着“双高”改革步伐的不断加快,在高等职业教育中的重要性日益突出,“以体育人”理念受到了教育工作者、学生和广大家长的认同,开展体育教研是现阶段高等职业教育的“新常态”。同时“教、学、研”也是促进教师成长的基础,其中“研”是加快教师发展的“催化剂”,提升高等职业院校体育教研质量,既夯实了高等职业院校体育教育高质量发展的基础,又扩宽了高等职业院校体育教师专业成长的有效途径。基于此,本文将探讨高等职业院校体育教研的重要性、构成要素以及目前存在的问题,并以此提出相应的策略,以期为高等职业院校体育教育工作者提供有价值的参考建议。With the continuous acceleration of the reform of double high-tech schools,the impor⁃tance of physical education and research in higher vocational education has become increasingly promi⁃nent,and the concept of“educating people by sports”has been recognized by educators,higher voca⁃tional students and parents.“Teaching,learning and research”is the basis for promoting the growth of teachers,among which“research”is the“catalyst”for accelerating the development of teachers.Im⁃proving the quality of teaching and research is not only the basis for promoting its high-quality develop⁃ment,but also an effective way to promote the professional growth of higher vocational physical educa⁃tion teachers.In this regard,this paper will discuss and analyze the importance,constituent elements and existing problems and put forward corresponding strategies,aiming to provide valuable reference suggestions for higher vocational physical educators.
