摘 要:为提升煤矿智能开采安全技术水平,解决综采设备在复杂井下条件下低成本精确定位及控制问题,开展井下综采设备高精度激光定位技术的应用与研究。基于井下综采设备作业过程分析,研究井下综采工作面绝对坐标系确立及工作面跟踪定位系统测量基准传递与重构方法,在此基础上搭建激光跟踪实时定位系统架构。该方案已在某煤矿采煤机井下作业中得到应用,结果表明,该方案能实现井下综采设备高精度定位功能,连续作业条件下推移曲线误差控制在20 mm内,可满足井下综采设备作业需求。In order to improve the safety technology level of intelligent mining in coal mines,solve the problem of low-cost and precise positioning and control of comprehensive mining equipment under complex underground conditions,the application and research of high-precision laser positioning technology for underground comprehensive mining equipment are carried out.Based on the analysis of the operation process of underground comprehensive mining equipment,this paper studies the establishment of the absolute coordinate system of the underground comprehensive mining working face and the measurement benchmark transmission and reconstruction method of the working face tracking and positioning system.Based on this,a laser tracking real-time positioning system architecture is constructed.This scheme has been applied in the underground operation of a coal mining machine in a certain coal mine.The results show that this scheme can achieve highprecision positioning function of underground comprehensive mining equipment,and the error of the displacement curve under continuous operation conditions is controlled within 20 mm,which can meet the operational requirements of underground comprehensive mining equipment.
