摘 要:为探讨基于微信平台的微格教学结合翻转课堂在心内科临床见习中的应用效果,选取2022年6月至2023年6月在河北大学附属医院心内科进行临床见习的60名医学院学生为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用传统带教模式进行教学,研究组采用基于微信平台的微格教学结合翻转课堂教学模式,采用综合考核和问卷调查评价两组学生的综合考核成绩、自我导向学习能力、教学效果和教学满意度。实践表明,基于微信平台的微格教学结合翻转课堂应用于心内科临床见习,能提高学生的综合成绩、自我导向学习能力,提升教学效果和教学满意度,值得推广应用。To explore the application effect of microteaching combined with flipped classroom based on WeChat platform in clinical internship of cardiology department,60 medical students who were undergoing clinical internship in the cardiology department of Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method.The control group was taught using the traditional teaching mode,while the research group was taught using the microteaching combined with flipped classroom based on WeChat platform.The comprehensive assessment and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the comprehensive assessment scores,self-directed learning ability,teaching effectiveness,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students.Practice showed that the application of microteaching combined with flipped classroom based on WeChat platform in clinical internship of cardiology department can improve students'comprehensive scores,self-directed learning ability,teaching effectiveness,and teaching satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion and application.
