摘 要:目的调查并分析护理本科生的老化知识掌握情况与对临终老人的护理意愿及其影响因素,为后续护理教育者制定相应培养方案提供研究基础。方法抽取广东省6所本科院校1031名护理本科生进行问卷调查,内容包括一般情况、老化知识掌握情况和对临终老人的态度及护理意愿。结果护理本科生对临终老人的护理意愿得分为(6.05±2.756)分。护理本科生的老化知识掌握情况与年级、与老年人的相处状态显著相关(P<0.001);护理本科生对临终老人的态度与年级、是否独生子女、是否与老人同住过、与老年人的相处状态显著相关(P<0.05)。影响护理本科生对临终老人护理意愿的因素为年级、是否与老人同住过、与老年人的相处状态、对临终老人的关注情况、对老化知识的掌握程度及对临终老人的态度(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生对临终老人的护理意愿处于中等水平,对临终老人的态度趋于正向,老化知识掌握较好、正向态度对护理本科生对临终老人的护理意愿具有积极影响。护理教育者应改变传统教学方式,增加护理学生与临终老人的接触机会,提高其对临终老人的正向态度,使更多学生愿意为临终老人提供护理服务。Objective To investigate and analyze the mastery of aging knowledge among nursing undergraduates,as well as their willingness to care for the ending elderly and its influencing factors,so as to provide a research basis for subsequent nursing educators to develop corresponding training plans.Methods 1031 nursing undergraduates from 6 undergraduate universities in Guangdong Province were selected for a questionnaire survey,which included general information,mastery of aging knowledge,attitudes towards ending elderly,and willingness to care.Results The score of nursing undergraduates'willingness to care for the ending elderly was(6.05±2.756).The mastery of aging knowledge among nursing undergraduates is significantly correlated with their grade and their interaction with the elderly(P<0.001).The attitude of nursing undergraduates towards ending elderly people is significantly correlated with grade,whether they have only children,whether they have lived with the elderly,and their interaction with the elderly(P<0.05).The factors that affect nursing undergraduate students'willingness to care for the ending elderly are grade,whether they have lived with the elderly,their state of interaction with the elderly,their attention to the ending elderly,their mastery of aging knowledge,and their attitude towards the ending elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing undergraduates'willingness to care for the ending elderly is at moderate level,their attitude towards the ending elderly tends to be positive,and their mastery of aging knowledge is positive attitude has a positive impact on the willingness of nursing undergraduates to care for the ending elderly.Nursing educators should change traditional teaching methods,increase opportunities for nursing students to interact with ending elderly people,improve their positive attitude towards ending elderly people,and make more students willing to provide nursing services for ending elderly people.
