摘  要:[目的]舱体内双组分轻质有机硅隔热涂料TR-37的自动喷涂状态及涂层厚度均匀性有待提高。[方法]探讨了喷涂黏度、喷涂间隔和喷涂扇幅对喷涂状态和涂层厚度的影响。采用舱段模拟件进行了自动喷涂厚度均匀性验证,并分析了表面凹凸不平、局部涂层厚度超差、边缘区域存在喷涂阴影等缺陷的改进措施。[结果]当涂料喷涂黏度为26~28 s,喷涂间隔为30 min,喷涂扇幅为100~150 mm时,可保证优良的喷涂状态及涂层外观品质。[结论]本研究为持续提升内隔热层喷涂效率及涂层外观品质提供了参考。[Introduction]The automatic spraying process and coating thickness uniformity of TR-37 two-component lightweight silicone thermal insulation paint need to be improved.[Method]The effects of paint viscosity,spray interval,and spray fan width on paint spraying status and coating thickness were discussed.The uniformity of coating thickness by automatic spraying was verified with simulated cabin parts.The countermeasures for some defects such as rough coating surface,over-thick coating locally,and spray shadow at edges were analyzed.[Result]Good spraying and coating quality can be guaranteed under the following conditions:paint viscosity 26-28 seconds,spray interval 30 minutes,and spray fan width 100-150 mm.[Conclusion]This study provides a reference for continuously improving the spraying efficiency of inner insulation layer and the appearance quality of coating.
