摘 要:为了在前期识别潜在的Groan噪音,避免前期开展的台架性能试验和其他台架噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)试验重新开发,文章通过对Groan噪音的机理进行分析,推导出Groan噪音机理和力矩波动之间的对应关系,从而制定出适用于Groan噪音的前期台架试验方法。文章选择两种不同的摩擦材料,按照制定的前期台架试验方法,开展了台架对比测试和整车评价对比测试。结果表明,所制定的前期识别方法有效,台架结果和整车评价结果具有高度一致性。可见,Groan噪音可以通过文章所述方法进行前期识别,从而节省费用和时间。In order to recognize the potential Groan noise early and avoid the redevelopment of bench performance tests and other noise,vibration,harshness(NVH)tests,the mechanism of Groan noise is analyzed and used to investigate the relationship between Groan noise mechanism and torque vibration,and an early bench test method suitable for Groan noise is developed.Two different friction materials are selected,and according to the early bench test method formulated in this paper,the bench comparison and vehicle evaluation comparison carried out.The results show that the early identification method formulated in this paper is effective,and the bench results are highly consistent with the vehicle evaluation results.It is concluded that the Groan noise can be identified in advance by the method described in this article,thereby saving costs and time.
