摘 要:针对船体分段规则结构面喷涂不能够满足漆料全覆盖的现状,提出一种基于灰狼算法的船体分段结构面漆料全覆盖的喷涂路径规划方法。首先根据待喷涂结构面范围构建平面喷枪喷涂模型,确定区域全覆盖喷涂路径目标函数,通过灰狼算法求解目标函数获得喷涂间距、速度等关键参数进行仿真喷涂。结果表明,采用规划后的路径进行喷涂能够使漆膜覆盖且不超出整个结构面,同时保证了漆膜厚度平整性,从而有效提高了漆料利用率与喷涂效率,达到改善船体结构面喷涂的目标。Aiming at the current situation that the spraying of the regular structural surface of the hull segment can not meet the full coverage of paint,a spraying path planning method based on the gray wolf algorithm for the full coverage of the surface of the hull segment is proposed.First,a plane spray gun spraying model is constructed according to the range of the structural surface to be sprayed,and the target function of the spraying area is determined.The target function is solved by the gray wolf algorithm to obtain the spraying distance,speed and other key spraying parameters for spraying.The results show that the use of the planned path for spraying can make the paint film cover and not exceed the entire structural surface,while ensuring the smoothness of the paint film thickness,thereby effectively improving the paint utilization and spraying efficiency,and improving the spraying of the hull section the goal.
