摘　　要：公信力作为学术期刊赢得学术共同体成员认可和信任的重要评判标准,在推进科学研究和社会进步中有着积极意义。在基于学术期刊传播性和专业性等提升公信力因素的研究之外,更需要重视学术期刊编发工作的伦理原则,以及学术期刊树立公信力的关键要素。要以提升编辑和同行外审专家的职业伦理为抓手,正确对待学术期刊的学术评价功能,倡导学术共同体成员提升学术道德来切实树立学术期刊的公信力。随着大数据和AI技术对科研工作的全面影响,学术期刊的功能性必将逐渐弱化,这为其公信力的树立提供了新的视野和要求。As an important indicator for academic journals to gain recognition and trust from members of the academic community,credibility plays a positive role in promoting scientific research and social progress.In addition to the research on factors that enhance the credibility of academic journals,such as their dissemination and professionalism,we need to pay more attention to the ethical principles of academic journal editing and publishing work,as well as the key elements of establishing the credibility of academic journals.We should focus on enhancing the professional ethics of editors and peer external reviewers,properly treat the academic evaluation function of academic journals,and advocate for members of the academic community to enhance academic ethics to effectively establish the credibility of academic journals.Moreover,with the comprehensive deepening and impact of big data and AI technology on scientific research,the functionality of academic journals will gradually weaken,providing new perspectives and requirements for establishing their credibility.
