摘　　要：以“专业、就业、创业”为重点,从课程体系、实践教学体系、政校企协同育人机制、师资队伍、就业创业服务体系等方面对新型农场主“三业融合”培养模式进行了系统性归纳总结,以期为高职院校乡村振兴人才培养工作提供借鉴。Focusing on“professional,employment,entrepreneurship”,from the aspects of curriculum system,practical teaching system,government and school enterprise cooperation and education mechanism,teaching staff,employment and entrepreneurship service system,this paper systematically summarizes the new farmers’“professional,employment and entrepreneurship integration”training mode,in order to provide reference for vocational colleges’rural revitalization personnel training.
